silver water cast ring | multiple sizes
Rounded band with an organically shaped water cast droplet.
Each ring is unique, no two exactly alike.
Water casting is a technique that involves melting metal in a crucible, and pouring into cold water. You will get different results depending on the temperature of the water, the height from which you pour, and how fast you pour. For me this process has been an excellent way to reuse scrap material.
