All shipments are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Cutoff time to make the shipment for the day is 11:00 am.  

Canada
Local delivery in Vancouver - $7-$10 depending on location 
Canada Post (British Columbia) - $15
Canada Post (all other Provinces and Territories) - $18
Oversized shipments or those that require special courier service (i.e. large canvases, extremely fragile objects, or furniture) - Quoted upon request

USA
All USA orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL - $20 CAD
Oversized shipments or those that require special courier service (i.e. large canvases, extremely fragile objects, or furniture) - Quoted upon request

Europe
DHL Express (2-4 business days) $35-$40 CAD = 22-25 EUR
Oversized shipments or those that require special courier service (i.e. large canvases, extremely fragile objects, or furniture) - Quoted upon request

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer. There will be an additional admin fee charged for the return of the incorrect shipment. Please note: if the package is returned to Picnics and Poetry because it was not picked up by the customer (i.e. held at Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.), there will be an admin fee associated with the return of the parcel. It can be shipped back at the expense of the customer. 

Picnics and Poetry is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments. Picnics and Poetry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. Please get it touch if you have any issues or concerns and we'll do our best to sort out what we can from our end. 

International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, Picnics and Poetry is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged (something we have never had happen), it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
